Introduction

This guide walks you through:

Navigating to the Team Page

Use the left-hand navigation menu to click on Team.

This opens the Team Management page, where you can manage collaborators on your project.

Team Management Page

The Team Management page includes two dashboards; Team Members and Invitations.

Team Members

Displays users who have accepted invitations to join your project.

  • In line with each member, you will see:

    • Email

    • Name

    • Role (Admin, Developer, Viewer)

  • Actions

    • Reassign roles (using the role dropdown list)

    • Remove user

Important: Team members cannot be moved across Projects. If a team member need to have access to multiple Projects, they must be invited to each Project individually.

Invitations

Displays users who have been invited but have not yet accepted the invite to your Project.

  • In line with each invited member, you will see:

    • Email address

    • Invited role

    • Invitation expiry date

  • Actions

    • Resend invitations if the expiration date has passed

    • Delete pending invites

Inviting Team Members

Team members can be invited to your project by clicking 'Invite' in the upper right corner of the Team Management page.

  1. Within the invitation modal, enter:

    • Email Address of the new team member

    • Role to assign (Admin, Developer, or Viewer)

  2. Click Add Member

The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join your project. Invitations expire after 7 days. If an invitation expires, a new invitation must be reset to the user via the Invitation dashboard.
