Corti Console - for Distributors & Resellers

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Introduction

The Corti Console is your central hub for managing projects and users. It provides powerful self-service tools that help you get started and build efficiently with the Corti Assistant and API.

10 Steps for Distributors & Resellers

1. Receive invite from Corti

You’ll receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to activate your Corti Console account.

2. Activate your Invite

After receiving the invite, you have 24 hours to activate it. If you do not activate it within this window, the invite will expire. In that case, you can click “Resend Invite” in the original email to receive a new activation link.

3. First Login to Corti Console

You’ll be asked to set and confirm a password that meets the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 8 characters
If you forget your password later, click “Forgot password” on the login page to receive a reset link.

4. Navigate to your “Project Home”

Upon login, your Project Home will be the default landing page.

  • Your project name will appear in the top left (e.g., "CX Testing").

  • The left-hand menu shows the active modules for your project.

5. Navigate to “Team” section

The Team Management page lists all users with access to your project. Tabs include:

  • Team Members: Users who have accepted their invite. You can view their email, name, and role.

  • Invitations: Users who have been invited. You can view their email, invited role, invitation expiration date, and resend/delete the invite.

6. Understand “Role Types”

Role

Permissions

Admin

Full access. Can manage team members, invite new users, create customers, set up API clients, and view API credentials. This role is suited for users responsible for system setup and user management

Developer

Technical access. Can create API clients and view API credentials. This role is ideal for users who need to integrate or develop against the API but don't need administrative controls.

Viewer

Read-only access. Can only view API credentials. Best suited for stakeholders or team members who need visibility into API usage but not modification rights.

7. Invite Team Members as an Admin

Admins can invite additional team members:

  • Go to the Team Management page

  • Click the Invite button

  • Enter the new user’s email and select their role

8. Manage your “Customers”

Customers represent a group of users from the same organization (e.g., a hospital or clinic).

  • From your Project Home, click Customers in the left menu

  • Customers help group users for easier management by resellers/distributors

9. Adding a “Customer” as an Admin

Admins can add a new customer by clicking Add Customer in the top corner. In the Add Customer modal, provide:

  • Display Name (used in reporting, not shown to end users)

  • Region for users in the organization (data residency of the user)

After creation, click on a customer’s name to view all associated users.

10. Invite Users to the Customer

Admins can invite users by clicking Add User and providing:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

Users receive an email to verify their address and create their Corti Assistant account.

  • Invite expires after 7 days

  • Admins can resend expired invites from the console

Please note: User invitation via CSV upload will be available soon.
