Terminology
Before we jump into the guide, let's align on terminology.
Team - the team section refers to the people that you have invited to collaborate on your project
API Clients - An API Client refers to the credentials produced through the console that you will use to authenticate to Corti's API. This applies to direct integrators to Corti's API as well as builders of the Corti embedded solution.
Customer - The customer refers to a grouping in the Console through which you invite users. This applies to resellers, distributors, and builders of the Corti embedded solution.
Users - A user is an end user of the Corti Assistant Application. This applies to resellers, distributors, and builders of the Corti embedded solution.
Troubleshooting Guide
Inviting Team Members
Invitation Expired
Many of you will be inviting team members and collaborators to your projects. When inviting team members, the initial invitation will be valid for 24 hours. There are some circumstances where the team member isn't able to accept the invite on time so they are notified their invite is expired after clicking the invite email link. To solve this, there are a few ways to go about this:
Resend the Invite Through the Console
Administrators in the console have the ability to resend team member invites through the console. You can do so by navigating to the Team tab in the console and selecting Invitations. For team members where the invite is expired, you'll see a little red arrow allowing you to resend
Invited Team Uses Forget Password Flow
Alternately, if an admin isn't able to send a new invite, the team member is able to navigate to https://console.corti.app/auth. They can choose the Email option for authentication, input their email, and then select Forgot Password on the presented screen.
This will trigger a password reset email to their inbox where they will be able to create a password and activate their account.
Can't Find Invitation
Sometimes, a user cannot find their invite to the Corti Console in their inbox. That's okay! We recommend the following steps.
Have the user try to reset their password by navigating to https://console.corti.app/auth. There, they will choose the Email option for authentication, input their email, and then select Forgot Password on the presented screen.
This will trigger a password reset email to their inbox where they will be able to create a password and activate their account. This should deliver in no more than 5 minutes.
If the user still is not receiving password reset emails, please reach out to your IT team to make sure they are whitelisting emails from *@app.corti.ai. Your company firewall may be restricting emails by domain.
Other Errors
If the error or issue you're experiencing with inviting Team Members doesn't appear above, we still recommend the above steps to resolve your issue. Inviting Users
Invitation Expired
As you start to grow the customer base, you'll hopefully be inviting a lot of users to use Corti Assistant. When inviting users, the initial invitation will be valid for 7 days. There are some circumstances where the user isn't able to accept the invite on time so they are notified their invite is expired after clicking the invite email link. To solve this, there are a few ways to go about this:
Resend the Invite Through the Console
Administrators in the console have the ability to resend user invites through the console. You can do so by navigating to the Customers tab in the console and click the name of the Customer that you created the user in. On this page you'll be able to resend the invite to the user.
Invited Team Uses Forget Password Flow
Alternately, if an admin isn't able to send a new invite, the user is able to navigate to the URL for their Corti environment:

US Corti Users - https://assistant.us.corti.app/
They will fill in their email to be directed to the following screen where they can choose Forgot Password to be able to reset their password.
