At Corti, we know that seeing is believing, which is why we bring the AI Studio into every Console project. Before you spend your time integrating against our API, we want you to test out what they can do in a straightforward interface.
Text Generation Use Cases
Our customers have a range of use cases that they use the documents endpoint to solve. A few examples:
Creating a structured note for the EHR from the transcript of a conversation
Generating a patient friendly summary from a medical note
Summarizing a previous encounter in a brief note used in the follow-up visit
And many more!
The AI Studio
Corti's AI Studio is part of the Console where you can test our specific workflows or use cases before you start developing. On the left hand panel of the Console, you'll see the Studio option. Once in the Studio, simply click the Text Generation tab to start your experience.
Select a Template
Your first step will be choosing the template you want to use to generate your output. By clicking 'Select Template' you will open up a modal where you are able to choose the language of the output as well as choose from a list of preloaded templates.
*Note: You can read more about our template strategy in our API Documentation here.
Choose the Clinical Context
As you know from reading about the Documents endpoint, the endpoint itself will use text data as an input to generate the document. When choosing your input, Corti has preloaded some scenarios that you can use to generate a document.
If you don't like what you see from our configured options, you can also choose the Custom option, which will prompt you to input your own text before calling the endpoint to create a document.
Pro tip: You can test two endpoints at once if you're keen. You can first start with recording a transcript in the Speech Recognition Studio and then use that transcript text output in this Custom option.
Create your Document
After choosing your documentation template and your clinical context, you'll see the option to Generate Document. When you click the button, the Studio will call the Corti API using the first active API key within your project. You'll soon see your generated document appear in the right panel.
You will also notice that you're able to regenerate the document if you like. Just note, this action will again use both input text tokens and output text tokens.
