How do I Top Up my API Credits?

Use your credit card or bank account to purchase additional credits for your Project

Updated over a month ago

This article explains how you may enter payment information to top up your credits wallet within your Project.

Accessing Your Corti Credit Wallet

Within the Console, click 'Billing' within the left side menu.

Tracking Your Credit Usage & Topping Up

Within the Billing & Credits page, you will be able to keep track of your remaining credit balance, and enter how many credits you wish to purchase as a 'top up.'

To manually top-up your credits

  1. Select from a preset amount or enter the desired credit amount in the 'Credits' field (must be a whole number multiple of $10)

  2. Click 'Add Credits'

  3. Enter your card information, and click 'Pay $XX.XX'

Corti will load the desired credit amount to your Console upon purchase, so there will be no delay in your ability to utilize our APIs.

To Auto top-up your credits

  1. Click 'Alerts & Auto Top-up

  2. Click the toggle on the right side of the screen within the 'Auto Top-up Settings' section

  3. Choose the low balance trigger amount. If your credit balance falls below this assigned value, Corti will automatically charge your payment method on-file.

  4. Assign the Top-up amount. This will tell Corti how much to charge your saved payment method if your credit balance falls below the trigger amount described in step 3. (The value must be a multiple of $10)

  5. Click 'Save Settings' at the bottom of the page to save your changes

If needed, you may also determine a monthly spend limit to ensure you are not charged more than you intend to spend with Corti. You may choose from 'Unlimited', $100, $250, $500, $1000 or $2500.

Low Balance Alerts

To set up Low Balance Alters, click the toggle on the right side of the screen within the 'Low Balance Alerts' section.

Choose the low balance value from one of $5, $10, $50, $100, $500, or $1000.

If your credit balance were to fall below the selected value, you will receive an email notification alerting you of your low balance.
