Corti Assistant users may need to revisit and edit a previous session for various reasons, such as refining session notes or adding additional information. Corti Assistant makes it easy to access and modify past sessions, offering flexibility across multiple devices.
Accessing Previous Sessions
To access a previous session in Corti Assistant:
Select the three parallel bar icon located in the upper left-hand corner of the interface.
This will open a list of your previous sessions, allowing you to select the one you want to review or edit.
Naming Sessions
Once you've selected a previous session, you can name it in two ways:
Title Bar: Use the title section at the top of your note to name it.
Session List: The session list will also give you the opportunity to modify a session's title.
Note: The default name for a session will be the date and time of the session.
Archiving and Deleting Sessions
One can easily archive and delete sessions in the session history. This can be done by simply clicking on the dots that appear after hovering over the session in the session history.
Archive: This will remove the session from the sidebar. The session can be found in the Archive tabs in the settings and recovered or deleted from there.
Delete: This will constantly delete the session and it's content. This can't be reverted.
Editing Previous Sessions
Changing the content of a session can be done in different ways.
Editing Precious Sessions by resuming
You can simply resume the recording by pressing the resume button. Corti Assistant start recording and add to the already extracted facts. The newly generated facts will be highlighted and you will be able to regenerate previously generated documents. Keep in mind that all manual edits of documents will be lost.
Editing Previous Sessions via Context
You can also manually add facts to the context. Those will be taken into account during document generation as all the other facts.
Editing Previous Sessions in the Documents
Alternatively you can edit the final documents. Keep in mind, that all those changes will be overwritten, once you regenerate the document. Therefore we recommend to edit the context first, before doing final polishing in the documents.
Cross-Device Editing
One of the key benefits using Corti Assistant is the ability to record a session on one device and edit it on another. This cross-device functionality ensures that you can continue working wherever is most convenient for you.
To ensure that sessions recorded on another device appear in your sessions history, make sure to refresh the session history using the sync bottom.
