This wildcard setting ensures continued access even as specific URLs evolve over time—reducing the need for manual updates to your firewall rules.
Why this matters:
Our services may use different subdomains as part of ongoing updates and improvements.
Hardcoding specific subdomains could lead to service disruptions if URLs change.
Allowing the root domain with a wildcard (
*) ensures uninterrupted access and minimizes maintenance efforts on your end.
